How long does artwork preparation take?+

Digital artwork is prepared within 24 hours of receiving your order and a usable image. Physical products print the image you upload and approve before checkout; printing and shipping take additional time.

What kind of drawing can I upload?+

Original characters, animals, monsters, cars, houses, imaginary creatures and more. Please use artwork you have permission to reproduce.

Does the drawing have to be good?+

Absolutely not! Crooked lines, unusual shapes, funny proportions and wild ideas are what make children’s artwork special.

Will you change my child’s idea?+

For digital transformations, we use the original drawing as inspiration. Physical products print your uploaded image as shown in the preview you approve; order digital artwork first if you want a transformed image.

How do I upload the drawing?+

Open a product, choose your options and use the Upload photo box below the price. You can preview your photo before continuing to checkout. Please keep your original file until your order is confirmed.

What do I receive with a digital order?+

High-resolution digital artwork you can save, share and print. The Bring It to Life Pack includes five unique transformations of one drawing. “3D Animated” refers to the visual style of a still image, not a video.

Do you ship physical products?+

Paper art prints, shirts, mugs, canvases, stickers, ornaments, candles and phone cases ship directly to customers in the United States after artwork preparation and production.

How much is shipping?+

Digital products have no shipping charge. Shipping for physical products will be calculated separately at checkout based on the product and delivery location.

Can I order a physical product after purchasing digital artwork?+

Yes! Once your artwork is finished, choose your favorite creation and turn it into a physical keepsake.
